Therefore, I’d recommend to test these out in a Trailhead Playground/Developer Org or Sandbox first. You can only turn off Mass Edit through the Profile or Permission Set settings. In Lightning, many of these are enabled by default and can’t be turned off, like the Inline Editing of List Views.
Beware: Many of these are only relevant to the Salesforce Classic User Interface.
